Three  tips to help people progress without telling them what to do

  1. People interpret your information differently. Solution:  Collaborative co-working approach
  2. Consider whether those in your team have the skills to implement your information. Solution: Asking straight off what is that your colleague needs rather than making assumptions
  3. People don´t believe what you believe. Solution: Work hard to know your staff specifically and then set tasks accordingly
